GENERAL POOL RULES
1.) Children under 10 years of age must be under direct supervision of a responsible paying adult at least 18 years of age.
2.) You must be at least 48” tall to ride the water slides.
3.) Swimsuits only allowed in the pools. No inappropriate dress, such as cut-off jeans or t-shirts, in the pool. No sharp or metal items on clothing down the slides.
4.) Properly fitting, Coast Guard approved life jackets only. No outside inflatable’s such as arm bands, baby floats, etc., except during special events.
5.) All swimmers in diapers must wear swim diapers. No regular diapers in the water at any time. Diapers must be changed in designated change areas.
6.) The swim test must be taken in order to use the diving board.
7.) All persons must shower before entering the pool.
8.) No outside food or drink allowed inside the facility. Food or drink purchased at the facility is allowed in designated areas. No food or drink allowed in the pool.
9.) No glass, in any form, in the aquatic facility.
10.) No person with a communicable disease, bandages, skin infection, open wounds, or anyone who has been ill with vomiting or diarrhea within the last two weeks may use the pool.
11.) No persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs inside the pool area. This is a smoke and alcohol free facility.
12.) No running, pushing, dunking, excessive splashing, or horseplay of any kind.
13.) Fighting, vandalism, harassment or violent behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal from the facility.
14.) Staff must be obeyed at all times and have the authority to suspend pool privileges for those individuals who repeatedly violate rules or policies.
15.) During periods of inclement weather the facility may be closed, as determined by staff.
16.) The City of Spokane is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
17.) Telephone and first-aid kit are located in office.
18.) Any persons with seizure, heart, or circulatory problems should swim with a buddy.
Lost & Found Items:
Lost and found items are stored at each facility and sent to charity each Friday. To claim lost or found items, please go into the facility and ask for a manager.
